How can I pay?
We accept major credit cards and Paypal payments. In the checkout process you can select Paypal or one of the credit cards as the payment method. All transactions are secured by a security certificate.
Can I change my order?
You can’t change your order once it’s been placed. If you want to order a different item, you can cancel the first order and order a different item. If you want an additional item, you must order it separately.
Where does TalkingFriends.com ship?
We ship worldwide and cover most countries. During the checkout process enter your shipping address (or have it imported from your PayPal account).
How long does it take to get the purchased items delivered?
The shipping takes a few days and up to 3 weeks, depending on the products you ordered and your location
How much will I pay for shipping?
For all purchases we offer flat shipping rate in the amount of USD 9.99 or as displayed in your home currency after the currency conversion. Flat rate includes shipping and handling costs for any order of any size.
Can I track my order online? How can I track my order?
If you want to know where your package is, You can contact us at email@example.com and we will provide You with more information.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you want to change your shipping address, you can contact us and we will ship your items to the new address, as long as they haven’t been shipped already. After the items are shipped from the warehouse, we can no longer make any changes.
How do I know my order has been shipped out?
As soon as your order is shipped from the warehouse you will get an e-mail confirming that your order has been dispatched.
What if I still don’t have my order after the estimated delivery date has passed?
The estimated delivery date is only an estimate, so we can’t guarantee that your order will be delivered before the estimated date has passed. This depends on the postal services of the country to which the package has been sent and other possible practical factors. If you don’t get it in time, please feel free to contact us so we can check what happened.
Can I return the items I bought?
You can always terminate the agreement if you so wish within 14 days after the day you received the package. You can terminate the agreement by notifying us via e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the model withdrawal form available here. For a period of 14 days from the day you terminated the agreement, you can return the products, as long as they are not damaged, and you will receive a full refund, however please note that shipping charges may apply. Before returning the products, please contact us and you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to return the products. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your spam folder and then contact us again.
If you received a broken item, let us know within 2 months after the package was delivered, and we will send you instructions on how to return your product. You will then receive a new item or get a refund.
Can I get the VAT refunded, if I order the product from outside the EU or the USA?

Do I need a smartphone, tablet or computer to use the Talking Friends toys?
You do not need any device in order to use the Talking Friends Toys. The toys work on their own.
Do the Talking Friends only speak English or do they speak other languages as well?
At the moment the Talking Friends toys are only available in English. However, please know that not all sounds pose a language barrier to the non-English speakers, as most of them are purely sounds understood by all nationalities, such as laughter, meowing, and music.
Do you offer any discounts?
We occasionally offer promotional codes, which can be used to get a discount in our Talking Tom and Friends Shop. The prices of some items may be reduced from time to time and prices of some items are reduced if you bundle them with a suggested item. We do not offer other types of discounts.
