Shipping Info

For orders of 1 item, there is a $5.99 flat shipping fee for all contiguous US states.

For other countries and states, shipping is subject to a custom shipping charge. The additional charge will show at checkout prior to completing your order.

Orders usually ship the following business day from the day you place your order. However, in rare cases handling time can be up to 2 days.

Average shipping time for contiguous US states is 3-6 days, for orders outside these States, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery. Products may be subject to import customs duties depending on local laws. For deliveries to Europe, Africa and Asia, we recommend you use the EU Talking Friends webshop.

In order to initiate a return, please contact us at shop@talkingfriends.com. Further instructions will be sent to you.

Make sure the product is in original condition and includes all parts. Returns are accepted up to 15 days after original purchase date. If we find that the Product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the Product, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Where the returned Product was from a pack of bundled Products the Products will be refunded at 25% off its normal list price.
